The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had nice architecture. I also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available, which made our city trip easier. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area.

The hot water situation at the hotel was terrible. We only got a minute of hot water before the rest of the shower was ice cold.

Disliked the fact that lower-level rooms offered no windows, causing them to feel quite cramped and claustrophobic. The hot water situation was unreliable, providing only intermittent spurts of cold and lukewarm water.
